Shri Sanjay Kumar Sinha (HOP, Simhadri) inaugurated the 'Planning for Superannuation' Programme on 24th June at RLI Simhadri. In his inaugural address, he emphasized the importance of such training, highlighting the necessity of balancing life post-retirement. He encouraged organising similar programmes at regular intervals to raise awareness among employees and help them better plan for their retirement.

Shri B B Patra (HoHR) also addressed the delegates, while Shri A Mohandoss (DGM, RLI), welcomed the gathering. This 3-day Programme, organised by RLI Simhadri for executives of the Southern Region, includes participants from Ramagundam, Telangana, CPG-3, and Simhadri. The sessions are being led by faculty from the Management and Leadership Development Centre (MLDC), New Delhi.
